Hello, I'm Elisabeth A. Fuqua and I enjoy simple things like crisp mornings, mountain air, long road trips, a loved one's laugh and sunsets. I also love capturing these simple, yet wonderful things in life.

I live in Franklin, TN which is a cute, quaint town thirty minutes away from Nashville that holds loads of charm and perfect photography opportunities. Many of the engagement sessions take place in downtown Franklin. I'm also the oldest of six and I have two sisters and three brothers who often make for great models;) Besides photography I enjoy playing guitar, spending time with my family and competing in gymnastics and cross country.

I've loved photography since I received a small, toy camera when I was four because it was pink, my favorite color and it clicked when you "took a picture." When I was eleven me and my friend would often take her camera and we would pretend we were models taking shots of each other.

As I've grown older, I've developed a deeper love for photography because of the stories it tells. One single photo can capture the joy that's in the moment he proposes, or the first smile of your first child or the first time your man sees you in your wedding dress. There are so many opportunities for these priceless moments to be captured and I enjoy capturing them.

I'm currently working alongside one of my friends Lucy who owns a photography company specializing in fine art photography such as engagement sessions and weddings. I attend these session with her and she teaches me the process as we go along. I might be young, but I know a lot. I hope one day I'll be able to run my own successful photography business specializing in fine art photography as well. But for now, I'm going to continue training under her and learning all I can.
